Nizhonlii is a dedicated transformational leadership coach and educator. She founded Spark: The Pop Up in 2019, with a clear vision to provide meaningful connections between leadership development and our every day lives. As an Active Duty Marine Corps Officer, she has committed her life to developing, supporting, empowering, and leading. After seeing a gap and too many examples of poor leadership inside of the military, she further decided to dedicate herself to being a voice for an underrepresented black community in the Leadership realm.
